2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:
• "Seller": BULL DIGITAL ASSET Inc.
• "Customer": any individual or legal en7ty (including companies, organiza7ons, associa7ons, sole proprietorships, or other economic operators) who purchases Products through the Site.
• "Consumer": a natural person ac7ng for purposes outside of any commercial, entrepreneurial, ar7sanal, or professional ac7vity.
• "Professional Customer": a natural or legal person ac7ng in the exercise of their commercial or professional ac7vity.
• "Products": jewelry and precious stones sold through the Site.

• "Contract": a distance selling agreement concluded through the Site.
3. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
3.1. These Terms govern distance selling pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Panama, specifically Law 45 of 31 October 2007.
3.2. The Seller operates interna7onally; if the Customer is a Consumer residing in a country other than Panama, any mandatory provisions of the country of residence remain applicable.
3.3. For Professional Customers, unless otherwise specified, Panamanian law applies exclusively.
3.4. The Customer declares having read and accepted these Terms before purchasing.
4. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
4.1. The Seller offers jewelry and precious stones for sale through the Website.
4.2. The Seller provides clear and truthful informa7on about the Products, including:
• essen7al characteris7cs (materials, carats, cer7fica7ons)
• representa7ve images
• price and addi7onal costs
• availability
The images are indica7ve and not binding.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
5.1. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) or other currency and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
5.2. Any customs du7es, import taxes, or local taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
5.3. Payment methods:

• Bank transfer
5.4. Payments are handled through secure systems. The Seller does not store complete card details.
5.5. For Professional Customers, the Seller may provide specific payment terms (e.g., invoicing, deferred terms), if agreed upon separately.
6. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
6.1. The Contract is concluded upon confirma7on of the order by the Seller.
6.2. The Seller will send confirma7on via email with:
• order summary
• total price
• delivery details
6.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders for just cause, including suspicion of fraud or product unavailability.
7. DELIVERY
7.1. The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
7.2. Delivery 7mes are indica7ve and not binding.
7.3. Unless otherwise provided for Consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
7.4. The Customer is required to verify the integrity of the package upon delivery.
7.5. For Professional Customers, any delays in delivery do not give rise to termina7on or compensa7on, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Seller.
8. RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
8.1. Panamanian law does not provide an automa7c right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
8.2. The Seller may offer a voluntary return policy within 14 days, according to the condi7ons published on the Website.
8.3. For Consumers, any mandatory rights provided by the law of their country of residence remain unaffected.
8.4. In any case, all Customers are en7tled to remedies in the event of:
• defec7ve product
• non-compliant product • misleading informa7on pursuant to Law 45 of 31 October 2007.
8.5. The return condi7ons (product condi7on, costs, methods) are defined by the Seller.
8.6. For Professional Customers, the right of withdrawal is excluded unless otherwise agreed in wri7ng.
9. WARRANTY
9.1. The Seller guarantees that the Products conform to the declared characteris7cs.
9.2. In the event of defects or non-conformi7es, the Customer is en7tled to:

• refund (where applicable)

9.4. For Professional Customers, warran7es may be limited to the extent permiKed by applicable law.
10. AUTHENTICITY

11. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

12. LIABILITY

12.3. For Professional Customers, the Seller's liability is limited to the maximum extent permiKed by law.
12.4. The mandatory rights of Consumers remain unaffected.
13. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
13.1. The Customer may submit a complaint to the Seller.
13.2. The Consumer may contact the competent Panamanian authority (ACODECO).
13.3. The par7es may use alterna7ve dispute resolu7on tools on a voluntary basis.
14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
14.1. The Contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
14.2. Competent court:
• for Professional Customers: exclusively Panama
• for Consumers: any local court if required by mandatory Panamanian law
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site is protected and owned by the Seller or its respec7ve owners.
16. COMMUNICATIONS
Communica7ons are made via email, telephone, or post.
17. SECURITY
The Site uses security protocols to protect data.
18. AMENDMENTS
The Seller may amend these Terms; amendments do not apply to orders already placed.
