Delivery & Return Policy

Every ring and every diamond is unique. Delivery mes depend on the type of product ordered and the des na on country. Delivery mes will be communicated at the me of the order, but customers typically receive their product within 30 days. We offer an exchange policy valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. We are commi ed to ensuring the best customer experience through excellent service and quality products. You may request an exchange if the product received is damaged, incorrect, or different from what was ordered. Reports regarding damaged products must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Exchange requests can be submi ed by emailing info@calandridiamond.com. Products may only be exchanged for another item from the same brand. Refunds are not available.
